The GLAMBONI
With so much controversy surrounding NHL Pride Nights in 2023, we wanted to help the Blackhawks show their LGBTQIA+ fans big love in a big way- and we mean, 9530 pounds kinda big.
So, we turned United Center’s trusty Zamboni into a dragged out, tinseled up Glamboni .
This ice queen was inspired by similarities between how Zambonis and parade floats move, and she’ll be coming full circle with a callback performance in June’s 2023 Chicago Pride Parade.
